Pattern Suggestions
This fabric would make beautiful shirts, blouses, skirts and dresses. The fabric is slightly sheer, so skirts and dresses could benefit from being lined (I would recommend a light cotton lawn).

Care
It is recommended to always pre-wash your fabric prior to starting your project. I would also recommend overlocking or zig-zagging the cut ends before your wash your fabric to help cut down on fraying in the machine.
