Description
A high quality linen/rayon with a stunning abstract floral print. This print is just a feast for the eyes – so many beautiful colourful flowers. Shades of fuchsia, orange, neon yellow, cobalt and apple green.
The background is white and as this is quite a light weight fabric I would recommend lining skirts or trousers but it would be fine to not line blouses/tops. To keep it light and breathable I recommend lining with a light cotton voile (stocked in the studio – not online yet. Message me if you would like some!).
The flowers are about approximately 5 cm (2 in).
Lady McElroy Chloe Chambray is an ethically sourced and sustainable fabric.
As this is a linen rayon blend it has more body than 100% rayon (viscose) but not as stiff as 100% linen. It has a gorgeous soft feel and elegant drape and has such a beautiful hand.

This fabric would make the most stunning dresses, blouses, skirts or luxurious pyjamas.

CARE
It is recommended to always pre-wash your fabric prior to starting your project. I would also recommend overlocking or zig-zagging the cut ends before your wash your fabric to help cut down on fraying in the machine.
Wash at 30 degrees
I would recommend not tumble drying viscose. If you prefer to, then use a low heat and make sure you tumble dry prior to starting your project. It may shrink so you might want to order slightly more to compensate for this.
